Yes, all these words mean the same thing. An interactive publication browsable on the screen.

Is there a software to download?
No, everything happens online. Just log into your account. We do not sell software to download.

I do not know well computers, is it a problem?
No, no need to have computer skills, Zyyne is very easy to use.

I would like to try before buying, is it possible?
Yes, for 15 days, you can test Zyyne for free. Add your publication on the home page for example, by specifying your email address.

Is the test confidential?
No, default tests can be referenced by search engines.

How to create a trial account with you?
Add a document using the test form on our home page. You can also apply in the "Contact" page, by clicking "Open a test account".

How to add a document?
Use the test form on our home page. Or sign in with your username if you already have. Just click on "User space" at the top right.

How are my documents updated?
You need to update the source file (PDF for example), then transfer back to our site.

Can I protect my publication?
Yes, you can set a password to prevent reading.

Do I have to have a website to enjoy Zyyne?
No, you can communicate on the Internet address of your publication hosted by us.

Can I send my interactive publication in my newsletter?
Yes, we provide you a specific code to copy/paste for that.

May I contact you if I have a concern or if I can't use your tool?
Yes of course we are here for that!

Can I contact you if I can't export my publication on my website or my newsletter.
Yes of course, we are here for that too.

Is there a page number limit for a document?
No, there is no limit of pages. Our tool is currently used to distribute a dictionary ...

I don't have a catalog, Can I make it with Zyyne?
No, you must have a publication in PDF format, Office...

I don't want the Zyyne logo, can I remove it?
Yes, once the publication is created, you can remove it.

Can I resell Zyyne to one of my clients?
Yes, this is permitted. We work like that with many web agencies and freelancers.

I want to have the interface in another language, is it possible?
Yes, you can choose from 14 languages.

Are the updates of your tool included in your offer?
Yes, for the standard version (hosted by us), and No for download version (hosted by you).

Technical Issues

Can I customize / configure my interactive publication?
Yes, you have access to many customization options and settings through your backoffice. Try and login with your credentials.

Can I add links in my interactive catalog?
Yes, you can use our linker to add interactive areas: to another website (external link), or to another page of the document (internal link).

I want to include video, what video formats are supported?
H.264 (. Mp4,. Mov,. F4v), FLV (. Flv), 3GPP. They must already be online. You can also embed a video from a Youtube link (eg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jJN0-UhixCw).

Can I use my own statistics tool?
Yes, in addition to our statistics, you can include your (Google Analytic, Xiti...) even if the files are hosted on our servers.

What document formats are accepted?
We accept most common formats: PDF, text documents, spreadsheet, presentation... This must be a single file containing all pages.

What PDF formats do you accept?
We accept low or high resolution PDF. With or without crop marks (they will be deleted automatically). Single sheet or double-page or double page except for the first and last page. Our tool redraw according to your instructions.

What is the best format for my PDF?
We recommend using a PDF with Zyyne from 72 to 150 DPI, single page, without crop marks.

Can I completely change the look of the navigation bar, add new buttons etc?

Can I include my logo or my clients instead of yours?
Yes. And a link on the new logo, to the website of your choice.

Can I access a document via a different URL than yours?
Yes. With a sub domain. Example: http://book.agence-meridienne.com. Or by including the reader directly into one of your pages (iframe).

Can I go directly to a specific page of the publication?
Yes, you can directly access a page using the address that appears in your browser when you are on this page.

Can I include the reader or the coverflow directly in one of my pages?
Yes, we provide some HTML codes for it.

Can I remove the buttons on the interface?
Yes, you can remove them to prevent the download in PDF or printing (for example).

Is my publication available on mobile devices?
Yes, automatically, we create a version for iPhone, Android and iPad (Basic offer).

How to see the mobile version of my publication?
Just click on the link of your classic interactive publication, from your iPhone, iPad or Android phone. You will be automatically redirected to the Mobile version.

Do you provide a QR-Code or a mobile tag for the mobile version?
Yes, we provide you with everything you need to print the tag on your mobile publication.

Can I host my own files (for my intranet for example)?
Yes, we can provide you with a Zip archive. However, this is really interesting only if you have significant security restrictions (closed intranet, closed members area, online payment required).

Where are your servers?
Our servers are located near Paris and London.

Rates issues

How to buy an interactive publication?
Create a test document with a valid email address and your publication. You will then have 15 days to test and activate (by paying) it. Simply click on the button "activate" at the top left of your publication or in the mail you receive.

Are your rates for a single document?
Yes. If you have large volumes, please contact us.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Also, if you choose a subscription, you will receive one monthly, by email.

When should I use the Basic offer?
In 99% of cases it is the best solution because it is economical, easy to implement on your website or newsletter. And you enjoy all the features.

When should I use the Download offer?
If you need: to sell publications in your e-commerce site, to publish in a closed intranet, to provide playback on USB/CD.

Can I stop my subscription at any time?
Yes, but be careful, any month started is due.

Do you provide an online store to sell my publications?
No, we provide only the reader (Download offer). You need to choose the e-commerce solution best suited to your need, and put in a safe place the files we have provided.

Does the Download offer allows to download your tool?
No, you download the interactive version which was produced by Zyyne. This is an archive in .ZIP format. So only the result of our tool that can be downloaded.

Do you keep my credit card number?
No, we never have access to credit card numbers on our site. Only the payments system of the bank has such access.

Do I have to pay by credit card?
No, for a large volume of publications you can contact us for an invoice by direct debit, or check.

Can you give me a quote?
Yes, please contact us through the tab "Contact".

Why does the Basic offer, hosted by you, has more features than the Download offer?
For technical reasons, we can't provide the same service in both cases.

I would like to buy one once and for all your tool and use it as many times as I want whenever I want, is it possible?
No.

I have a promo catalog that I update 4 times a year, do I have to pay 4 times?
No, with the Basic offer, you pay for a single catalog. You can then replace it with your new PDF when you need to.

I found a $20 software that does the same thing as yours!
We don't think so. Try Zyyne, for free, to convince you.

I found a free site that is the same as you!
These sites are for individuals, and are funded by advertising. Our solution is designed for professionals, anxious to show a serious image, and who wants to have support and "Pro" assistance available.

Can I buy the source code of Zyyne?
No, sorry. We don't sell software, but a license to use and/or host.
